The Cline Avenue Bridge is owned by United Bridge Partners, which funds, designs, builds, owns, and operates private toll bridges across the United States. UBP’s mission is to creatively deliver and operate transportation infrastructure for America’s communities.
The financier of this project, American Infrastructure Funds (AIM) is an innovative private investment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. AIM specializes in making private investments in the infrastructure, real property, and natural resources sectors.
